I’ve been teaching guitar since 2020 to students of all ages and abilities—from beginners to exam candidates, Duke of Edinburgh participants, and advanced players. My lessons are designed around you, so you can learn at your own pace, in your own style.
Every lesson is individually planned to match your goals, experience, and learning style. Whether you want structured progress for exams or grades, explore creative soloing and improvisation, or just play the music you love, I’ll make your lessons fun, engaging, and meaningful.

Styles
I teach a wide range of styles, including:
- Electric & rock guitar – riffs, solos, tone, and performance skills
- Lead guitar, improvisation & soloing – scales, phrasing, and confidence
- Acoustic guitar – strumming, fingerstyle, songwriting, and accompaniment
- Bass guitar – groove, timing, and playing with others
- Classical & Spanish guitar – technique, posture, repertoire, and expression
- Jazz guitar – chord voicings, improvisation, and musical fluency
- Songwriting – composition, arrangement, and developing your own musical ideas
You can focus on one style or explore several to become a versatile, confident musician.
Exams, Duke of Edinburgh & Musical Growth
I support exam preparation, Duke of Edinburgh Award skills, and wider musical studies, including music theory, harmony, and song structure. My aim is to help you understand and express music, not just play notes.
A Friendly, Supportive Learning Space
Lessons are relaxed, encouraging, and tailored to you. Mistakes are part of learning, and curiosity is celebrated. My goal is for every student to leave a lesson confident, inspired, and motivated to play more.
If you’re looking for guitar lessons that are personal, flexible, and truly enjoyable, I’d love to help you on your musical journey—at your pace, in your style.
